Caracabe's books: statistics

Cumulative statistics to date. Page totals should be considered approximate. I read introductions, prefaces, acknowledgments and such, but not indexes or bibliographies. I might or might not read end notes. I halve the number of pages for bilingual editions, since I read only the English part.
